computercentrale.be works with professional package carriers to deliver your order quickly and carefully.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a message with the shipping information. Because of the value of the packets, these should be signed for. In case of absence, a second offer to provide or the ability to pick up your order at a collection point in your neighborhood.
Our carriers have explicit instructions not to leave packages unattended, because of the risk of theft.
Orders for products in stock, placed on weekdays before 16h are shipped the same day. For products out of stock the estimated delivery date can be obtained through our Customer Service.
You will receive a message by e-mail at the time your order is shipped, with the shipping information, the name of the package carrier and tracking number.
computercentrale.be focuses on the quick and careful delivery of your orders. We pay much attention to the packaging, verifying, transport and delivery of your order. All orders are shipped with a professional carrier and a tracking number. The packages should be signed for delivery . We use the services of parcel carriers DPD, DHL, GLS, TNT, UPS and bpost. At the time of shipment, you will receive the tracking number of your order.

Defects and Returns
If a defective or wrong product shipped, please contact our Customer Service via the contact form. If it is a valid reason, we will as soon as possible take the necessary steps to replace or repair your device, and we will provide a shipping label to ship your product to a Technical Service Centre.
Please verify the products immediately after delivery. computercentrale.be is not liable for any damage, theft or loss, including those created on the packaging or product in return.
The consumer has the right to notify the Seller that he renounces the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason within 14 days from the day following the delivery of the product or the conclusion of the agreement. Exceptions are the shipping costs becoming payable by the Purchaser or products tailored to the consumer are supplied.
Software (sold separately, which products or software included is software for which a binding product registration is performed) or similar products can be exchanged or returned within 3 days and in the original packaging, the seal has not been broken.
Products can only be exchanged or returned when in their original packaging, complete, undamaged and unused condition. All sent documentation, warranties and packaging materials should be included with the return.
